Raimovia terms of service
These Terms govern access to Raimovia, an AI business operations platform provided by ECONTEUR LLC. The full agreement is on this page; the summary below is orientation and does not replace it.
What the agreement covers
Eleven numbered sections: agreement and eligibility, the service itself, your account and customer data, AI features and your review duty, acceptable use, integrations and communications, plans and payments and cancellation, intellectual property and feedback, suspension and termination, disclaimers and liability, and indemnity, governing law and changes.
AI features and your review duty
This is the section most worth reading carefully. AI output is assistance, not advice, and it can be wrong. You remain responsible for what your business sends to its customers, which is why Raimovia is designed so consequential actions — bookings, payments, refunds and anything with legal or medical weight — come back to a person for approval.
Your data, and your customers' data
The customer records you bring into Raimovia remain yours. The Terms set out the responsibilities that come with that, including having a lawful basis for the contacts you import and the messages you send them, and honouring opt-outs. Communication and integration obligations, including consent for text messaging, are covered in their own sections and in the separate SMS terms.
Plans, cancellation and contact
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. Suspension and termination, and what happens to data afterwards, are described in the agreement. Questions about these Terms go to support@raimovia.com.
