Choosing a plan

If you are deciding between Foundation, Rise, Reign and Legacy, the two numbers that matter are how many bookings you take in a month and how many distinct roles you want an AI employee to cover. Send those and we will tell you which tier fits, including when a cheaper one is enough.

Legacy is arranged directly rather than bought in-app, so start with an email if white-label branding, custom integrations or an SLA are part of the requirement.

Getting set up

Onboarding questions are welcome and common: importing existing contacts, defining services and prices, connecting Stripe, installing the website chat widget, configuring the first AI employee and its approved knowledge, and setting the approval rules that decide what an assistant may do unattended.

Support, privacy and account requests

For something broken, include what you did, what happened and roughly when, and the workspace or account email. That is usually enough to find it without a back-and-forth.

Privacy and data requests also come to support@raimovia.com. Account deletion does not need a ticket at all — you can start permanent deletion yourself from inside the product, on the web or in the mobile app, and the delete-account page documents exactly what deletion removes.

Partnerships and press
