The demo on this page is an interactive conversation, not a video. Talk to Ovia AI the way a customer would and watch how a configured assistant answers, qualifies and offers to book.
What you can try right now
Pick a business context — med spa, real estate, dental or coaching — and Ovia AI switches to that business's greeting, services and vocabulary. Ask about treatments and pricing, ask whether a listing is still available, ask for a cleaning appointment, ask what a coaching programme includes. The point is to see how an assistant behaves when it is grounded in a specific business rather than answering in general.
What the demo is showing you
Three things worth watching. First, the assistant identifies itself as an AI and names the business it works for. Second, it answers from approved information rather than improvising a price or a promise. Third, when the conversation reaches a booking, it moves toward a verified time rather than a vague follow-up.
In a live workspace those answers come from your own knowledge base, service list and calendar, and each assistant is tested before activation and can be paused at any moment.
What a real deployment adds
Behind the chat window sits the rest of the platform. The conversation creates or updates a CRM record with a lead score and a source. The booking checks live availability and sends a confirmation and reminders. A quote or Stripe payment link can follow. A review request goes out after the visit. Reports then tie that revenue back to where the lead came from.
The same assistant configuration also powers the branded website chat widget, and Voice Center extends it to inbound and outbound phone workflows with transcripts you can review afterwards.
How to evaluate honestly
Do not only ask questions the assistant will get right. Ask something it should refuse — a discount it cannot authorise, a medical question, a booking outside your hours — and check that it hands over to a person instead of guessing. The handoff is the feature that decides whether you can safely put an AI in front of customers.
When you are ready to test it against your own services and prices, create a workspace or talk to us about which plan matches your booking volume.
