Scale beyond solo with automations. 3 AI employees, 100 AI document summaries a month, up to 15 services, 200 bookings a month, a public booking page with Stripe payments, basic automations and 3 seats. AI usage each month: 300 realtime AI voice minutes, 125 AI outbound calls, 600 AI texts, 800 Ovia AI messages and 2 phone numbers.

This is the tier where the follow-ups stop being something a person remembers to do. Triggers fire on real customer behaviour — a missed call, an unanswered quote, a completed visit — and the AI employees handle the routine part with a human in the loop for anything consequential.

Reign — 799 USD per month

Build a true digital institution. 10 AI employees, 1,000 AI document summaries a month, unlimited services, 2,000 bookings a month, unlimited membership content, unlimited client portal seats, priority support and 10 team seats. AI usage each month: 800 realtime AI voice minutes, 350 AI outbound calls, 1,750 AI texts, 2,000 Ovia AI messages and 5 phone numbers. Suited to a multi-location or multi-practitioner business where several roles are being covered by AI at once.

Legacy — 2,499 USD per month

A custom platform for legacy institutions: unlimited AI employees, services, bookings and team seats, white-label branding, a dedicated success manager, and custom integrations with an SLA. AI usage is generous but not unlimited — each month it is subject to fair-use limits of 2,500 realtime AI voice minutes, 1,000 AI outbound calls, 5,000 AI texts, 6,500 Ovia AI messages and 20 phone numbers; higher volumes are available by arrangement. Legacy is arranged directly rather than bought in-app.

How to choose without overbuying

Count three things before you pick: bookings you actually take in a month, distinct roles you want an AI employee to cover, and how much AI calling and texting you expect. Those are what the tiers gate — every plan, Legacy included, has a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes, calls, texts and Ovia AI messages. Everything else — CRM, unified inbox, pipeline, knowledge base, reports — is the same workspace on every plan.

Billing runs monthly through Stripe and you can cancel at any time. If none of the four fits, contact us and we will talk through a custom arrangement rather than sell you a tier you will not use.
