What the policy covers

AI and automated processing

Raimovia uses third-party AI services to power assistants, drafting and analysis. The policy sets out what is sent to those providers and on what basis. Provider credentials and tool execution stay on trusted servers, and high-impact actions are designed to require human approval rather than running unattended.

Text messages and mobile information

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Mobile numbers and message records are used only to deliver messages, honour opt-outs and keep the service secure, and are shared only with the providers that deliver messages or where the law requires it.

Anyone who receives a text sent through Raimovia or RAIMVOICE can reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help; opting out is honoured immediately and one confirmation message follows. Deletion and how to reach us

You can start permanent deletion yourself from inside Raimovia on the web or in the mobile app; no support ticket is required. Limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where applicable law requires it.
